Just bough an Archos AV500 100GB, need some help so I can dump my iPod

Hi all, I just bought an Archos AV500 100GB and have moved all the MP3s from my ipod list but I would like to somehow grab/convert the stuff I purchased from Itunes. I tried a couple of so-called converrters from the web but it doesnt work. Anyone have the knowledge or point me in the right direction to get my purchased tune from Itunes onto my Archos? Thanks.
