I just build a system using a ASUS A7V333 motherboard. It may seem like a dumb question, but I'm using the basic Windows installed motherboard drivers. Is it important for me to download and install any other drivers? It's been awhile since I payed attention, but do I need the "newest" VIA 4 in 1 drivers, and stuff like that?

Thanks a million for the reply, sorry if this is in the wrong spot.. :)

I've got an A7V333-raid myself... You don't necessarily 'need' the newest or anything, but the 4.40's just came out yesterday (Friday) and there's no reason to install old ones then the new ones... so go at it ;) I'm already running them and it's pretty much like the ones before AFAIK but could be helpful. link

If you end up having any trouble with your board you can check this thread I started on it or just want any extra info on it, you should definitely check this thread
mechBgon was even kind enough to post a guide to changing your boot logo with Asus MyLogo (instructions were great! as I was having trouble converting my final .bmp to 4-bit (16 colors) properly)

you're posting to the right board, too ;) so no worries.
