This is by far one of the best games I have ever played for a few reasons. First, it is quick. You do not need to dedicate/waste hours, days, weeks, or months playing the damn thing to beat it. I start Tuesday, played a few times this week, and just beat it. For some people that have no lives, this may be a downside, but for those of us who have lives, being able to beat a game before you get tired with it after playing it for weeks on end is a benefit. The game play itself is amazing too. Excellent graphics. The whole concept is very interesting. It is one game that you really need to think, not just shoot and blow heads off. It is a mental game. Also, you don't always feel like you are on the designated route. Especially towards the end, some of what you do gives you the illusion that you are doing something different than what the game designers intended. I could go on and on, but there is just too much to say.

Great storyline, great length, great gameplay.

Also, has anyone else here done the bonus maps? Are they the only thing to do after you beat it?

I agree. It was by far one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I've in awhile.

I did the bonus maps. Good stuff. Hopefully someone will release map packs with more puzzles in the future.:)

Yes, it is a short game.

I liked the puzzles...but I wish there were some more battles like at the end. Fighting without any actual weapons is cool. They need to come up with some other stuff like that.

What I like about it is that it is a puzzle game, with a good mystery story, plus FPS action.

Ordinarily puzzle games annoy me because if you fail one puzzle piece, you have to start the whole thing over (Adventures of Lolo).
Portal is one puzzle after another, each puzzle is independent of the next.

Great game!

Poor BradT. I imagine him posting a lot like a baby duck that got separated from its mother crosses the road.

I knew something was wrong earlier than normally you would because I kept pulling off all of the wall mounted cameras that I could. Computer didn't like me doing that lol.

I thought it was a fun diversion for a couple of hours. But honestly I don't get all this raving.
