you might want to take a jellyfish pic from a distance, because up close makes them out to be slimy and gross, which in fact they are not.

chop up cucumber/zuchinni into tiny thinly cut slivers (like how they do with carrots) and mix it in with the jellyfish. 's what my mom does. good stuff.

too late, I ate them all....lol. I really don't bother to cook, just open it and eat.

the jellyfish is chinese, i love that stuff... the only "real" japanese thing is probably that sea snail thing... the rest are chinese and korean in origin...



but then... all that stuff is ultimately chinese in origin too in a sense
