I'm planning to build a new computer but I'm not quite sure if the PSU is enough.

The PSU I'll be using would be the one that is supplied with the Coolermaster Cavalier 3 (350W).

The specs are:

AMD Athlon64 3200+ @ 2.4 GHz
MSI nForce 4 Ultra Motherboard
Giel Dual 1 GB (2x 512 MB) Value
Palit GeForce 6600GT
Seagate 120 GB 7200 RPM SATA
Floppy
Asus CD-RW (52/32/52)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

From what I understand, it is not. I am facing the same problem, as i want nforce4 with a coolermaster centurion5 case that probably comes with the same power supply. Nforce4 mobos have 24 pin power connectors, while older PSes, including this one only have 20 pins. You can use a 24 pin adaptor, but everywhere i have seen these mentioned have said not to use one with a PS less than 400 watts. Also, i was just reading the manual for the new DFI ultra d, which recommends at least 400. 350 may cut it if you are not overclocking, but I woulden't count on it.

If anyone disagrees, I will be happy to hear it, since i'd rather not have to buy another PS.

And for those of us who don't have limitless money....

I'm looking at this one from cooler master. 450 watt, dual 12v rails, 24 pin with active PFC, all for $78.99. Not a ton of power, but definately not weak. Anything more than 500 watts is overkill in my opinion.
