Just announced at Blizzcon: D3 free to WoW subscribers

Evidently if you have had or pay for 12 months on your WoW sub you get the digital version of D3 for free.

Didnt plan on buying this, but i admit i will at least try it out now.

Edit: actually it looks like it comes with a 12 month wow pass, the part about having had 12 consecutive months on your sub appears untrue. Well so much for that.

So basically, if you buy 12 months at one time, after this announcement, you get D3? I guess that's not a bad deal if you plan on playing WoW for a while yet and also want D3.

At least that's what I would say. I actually cancelled my account months ago.
