Just an interesting question, what caused the Judge to give these white men the death sentence?

In the state of Texas, rarely are there criminals convicted of crimes against color individuals, are given the death sentence. However, a crime in 1997 would pave the way for the first time in Texas history, for a group of white men, being handed the death penalty for lynching a black man.

Since I'm sure this wasn't the first lynching in Texas I don't give them credit for doing shit they are supposed to do.

Better question is why Berry wasn't executed when the other 2 were. He was the driver.

This was the work of sociopaths. There is no rehabilitation.
