Just added a SATA Hard-drive to computer

I have Windows XP installed already with 1 WD 500GB UATA 100 and a LG UATA 66 DVD-RW. I've just added a 320 GB Seagate SATA hard-drive which shows up in the BIOS and Device Manager but not in My Computer. Only the 500GB UATA drive shows up. HELP!!!:brokenheart:

Format it yet? Download the Seagate formatter from their site. There's also a way to get XP to recognize it, but I can't remember.
