Having trouble with an replacement 8RDA+ I got from Multiwave.com. Filled out the form on their Support site. That was about 20 minutes ago. Lo and behold, I've already got a respone to my problem. Dang that's some quick support.
 
I'm glad you had a better experience with them than i did:disgust: I got responses allright, but no resolution to the problem......... maybe they are getting better, my experience was almost a year ago, when I bought my first and last Epox board😉
 
i emailed tech support a few months ago, reponse was overnight (which is quite reasonable) but they were of absolutely no help to me, even suggesting i do things which i stated i had already done in the support form *sigh*

maybe the slacker was the only one in that day
