just a quick question

about selling at ebay. if we put up stuff for auction.... is the listing fee applied instantly which takes the fee from our bank/credit card instantly?

or the listing fee and ebay commision fee is effective when sold?

Fees are charged monthly. Their "commission" is also in this monthly bill.

You will get a statement from eBay, at that point you will pay.

i see.

if a listing that have 2 bids and 12 hour left for the auction to end, can i cancel the auction? no one win and no sell. then i will make a new action with same item but with buy it now. can i do that? i read at ebay but i dont understand clear.

I don't remember the rules, but that sounds right. If there is at least 12 hours left you can cancel your auction listing.

But you will probably lose your listing fee.

and i have a question about seller fee.

if i choose paypal payment method for seller fee.... if i have zero in my paypal balance...... will it turn my paypal balance to negative? or will it just auto take from bank account if paypal balance is zero?
