Just a quick question about fans and directions

I was organizing my case for better airflow and realized that the stock AMD fan blows down on the processor. I also have a fan on the back of my case right beside my cpu fan and have it blowing out and another fan on the side of my case blowing in. Anyways...I would say that the cpu and rear fans would compete for air right? so what would be the best to do? switch the two case fans to blow in opposite directions or flip the cpu fan? and can I even flip it?
Thanks and sorry is this makes no sense...

You just need to put a piece of either plastic or cardboard beside your cpu fan, between it and your exhaust fan, so they won't be competing for the same air. If you try reversing your cpu fan, it will still be competing for air, but your cpu will run 10-15C hotter, since a cpu fan is supposed to blow down.
