Just a question

If a judgement is passed against me in court ? What does this mean ? Does this affect my credit history or what does it effect ?

Thank You

What type of judgement? Guilty, not guilty, liable, insane? What? Unless they put you in hand cuffs you can fight it. Money judgements are practically worthless as the person can declare bankruptcy, fight it more in court, or just simply not pay.

if it is for some $, it means they can go to your employer/bank and garnish your wages to collect the $ if you don't just pay them

If I owe a car dealer money in the amount of 5g. I have a day in court coming up. If they pass a judgement against me ?

if the car dealer gets a judgement against your for $5000, then they can get 10% of your paycheck every payday until you have paid them the $5000
