The 2 officers responsible were suspended, but the other 57 resigned from the forces emergency rersponse team in solidarity for the 2 who shoved the 75 year old man!
You can`t make this shit up.....

Fifty-seven police officers in Buffalo, New York, have resigned from the force's emergency response team following the suspension of two officers who allegedly pushed a 75-year-old protester to the ground, a source close to the situation said Friday.

Based on the initial video, police issued a statement that said Gugino tripped and fell, police spokesman Mike DeGeorge told CNN.

After more videos became available, police amended that statement, and Buffalo Police Commissioner Byron Lockwood suspended the officers without pay and opened an investigation, he said.

Pretty disgusting, Gugino posed zero threat to the cops and they left him bleeding out on the ground. Cops are some of the most pathetic, whiniest losers around.

Flynn placed some of the blame on what occurred on June 4 on Gugino himself. "Mr. Gugino committed a crime. He had no business approaching those police officers."

i guess the outrage died on this story enough

The officers’ use of physical force was “absolutely legitimate,” wrote Selchick, who added that, in his analysis, Gugino was “definitely not an innocent bystander.”

The officer said he was also worried that he might catch the Covid-19 virus from Gugino.

the bootlicking is just astonishing

Whats more astonishing is the arbitrator already has his/her mind already made up......
I would also bet that the arbitrator was hand-picked....

fortunately, there's also a civil suit. it's with judge and jury instead of arbitrator.
Just like OJ walked from the murder charge but basically found guilty of murder in the civil suit.
