Congrats! So, how did you do it? Some extreme diet or just start exercising?
I used to weigh 210 but now I'm down to almost 180 and I owe it all to cycling. I've ridden almost 2,000 miles in the last 8 months and haven't really changed my diet at all.
Awesome job. I'm hitting the gym after work tonight...but have been more on the upswing lately than the downswing. Enjoying life a little too much I guess. 😀 You're doing great...keep it up.
I lost about 50 pounds those last months (and I thought it was good. 😉), I went from 260 to 210. I still want to lose 10 pounds but it's harder than ever to lose them. In fact, I might lose the fat and gain muscles, which explains why I am losing my belly and I keep the same weight, or almost. Do you have any tips?
I've been on a diet for a week now, don't know how much i've lost because i don't have a scale 😛 - Though i'm going to keep on it, want to get down to 180 or 190, that'd be nice. I'm about 218 now, which came as a surprise to me, i found that out when i went to the doc the other day. I thought i was around 210. Anyhow, hopefully i'll be under 200 in a month if i keep on this diet.
