Jury summons

I've been summons for jury duty for this month. Under the qualifications section, I can answer yes to all the questoins except being a citizen of the US. I'm still in the process of getting naturalize. Does this mean I'm not qualified at this time?

I don't think you can serve on juries if you aren't a US citizen. I seem to remember this the last time I received a summons. There was someone there on a green card who was immediately dismissed.

This is from a county in Florida:

Juror Selection

To be qualified for jury duty, you must be a United States citizen at least 18 years of age, a Palm Beach County resident, and possess a Florida Driver's License or ID card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV).

Here's another from NJ:

I have been summoned as a juror, but I am not a citizen of the United States. What do I do?
Complete the juror questionnaire form as required. Check No for question # 2. Once processed by the Jury Office, you will be disqualified from jury service at this time. You will not receive a letter of disqualification in the mail and you should not appear for service for the date that is stated on your summons.

Seems pretty universal.
