I don't doubt it. Just save the tax payers a lot of money and leave him in for life without parole. He would get it 7 times a day from Bubba, but then again, he might like it.

<------- Not against death penalty, but it costs the public a LOT of money, time, and appeals.
 
they should take out his eyes, put explosives in them, make him eat it...and then detonate it when its in him

or...the needle...i'm not usually this cruel.
