Who is that for?...and how do they get your names?
Coz i thought its only for citizens...is it for immigrants too?...like greencard holders?
Weird thing is i know someone who is an international student(but has a SS card) and he's
getting a letter to do jury duty...wtf?..he's not a PR nor have a greencard. I know he worked
part time and paid taxes though but i don't think the IRS and them share databases...


anyone know?
 
They most likely made a mistake when they called him for Jury Duty. My sister got called when she was 17, so mistakes do happen. Just tell them that you are a citizen and it doesn't apply to you. By you I mean, your friend.
