Yeah. . . ive got a beater back home that I left there after I moved out. . .

would like to get rid of it without having to do too much to it, so I was thinking about just selling it off to a junkyard. I mean, it runs flawlessly, but the interior is not in the most well kept shape, while the exterior has a couple of scratch marks. I'm sure I could sell it to some low-income family in the suburbs of Atlanta, but. . . *shurg*

So, do yards buy cars? lol

just list it cheap in your local paper as a "work car". youll have plenty of interested parties.

edit: it could be just the break some guy needs to get a job and help pull his family out of the slums.

You'll get more money this way. A junkyard will pick it up for you, but won't give you much for it.

yes yes, but the point is to get money for it. . . lol It isnt junk, just would be easier for me to pawn it off on a junkyard, take a couple bones for it, and leave. Especially with me living out of the state now, and only going back every once in a while. I don't have the time to adjust my schedule (workwise) to make a trip back home everytime a potential buyer wants to take it off my hands. lol

True, It was a 94 Plymoth Voyager mini van. With darn near 200k+ miles on it. Used it for work when I did some home improvment stuff after high school. Its going to pay for a good chunk of my honeymoon this winter so. . . but yeah. . .

The junkyards here don't pay for cars. You can take them there for free, or they'll come get them and charge for the tow.

Well, that's just phase one. Five years later, you report it stolen, and then take them on judge Judy and make them give you what it was worth new. That's how that works.

haha, all quality suggestions 🙂

I honestly never thought about putting it in the local paper. . . cheaper than autotrader is. *slaps himself*
