Jumpstart an older ATX power supply

I'm trying to trouble shoot an older Proliant 800 server. I think the power supply has gone
bad, but I can't figure out which pins to short in order to try to power it up.
I know it's usually the green and black wires, but there are no green wires on the connector.
I see several red, black & brown wires. I also see one blue, one white and one orange wire.

Right now, when I try to power up the server, nothing happens. I get one blink from a light on the mother board and the power light blinks once every few seconds. No fans or anything power up.

Thanks,

Ed

Most likely candidate for failure is the Processor Power Module (PPM).

If one fails, the system goes into a reset condition and will not power on.

Try reseating PPM's (with the power disconnected for the system), it may help.
