So I signed up for a AppleID and it was kinda of a pain the a**.

First most corporate websites are using so many scripts and other junk that my locked-down browser settings basically breaks the website. I had to switch to a plain jane browser to even complete the task.

Before an ID is created I had to verify the email address. It sent a code to my 'backup' email addy.
The backup email address wouldn't let me login until I received a code that was sent to my primary email address.....sigh.
The primary address also need to be verify with extra info...but finally loaded.
I get the code for the backup address and am able to login.
I finally get the code for the Apple ID and.......SESSION HAS EXPIRED PLEASE START OVER!!!!!

I start over...this time logged into the backup email address. I get the code and.....CAPTCHA SERVER CANNOT LOAD!!!!
Sigh...I finally get the CAPTCHA server working after a dozen tries and create the ID.
Then I LOGIN and LOGIN and LOGIN and LOGIN....finally it sticks long enough to get to account settings.
I start changing some settings....and have to LOGIN...LOGIN....LOGIN....LOGIN...I give up making changes.

GLAD THEY ARE ALL TAKING SECURITY SERIOUS but it's really inconvenient.

I'm was too tired to watch anything after all that....I should really just stick to Netflix.

Update:

So after signing up for the AppleID it kept giving me an error that I had no iTunes Account. I was forced to install iTunes, log into it, accept the TOS as well as other info. Then finally it said my AppleID was active and could be used.

The big question is why is the TOS and account setup not in the streaming app itself?

PS: I forgot what a bloated mess iTunes is, and why does the Bonjour service spike the CPU at 44% ?
I will be uninstalling it right away.
