i have the 256 secure jumpdrive and it's great, i'm never going back to floppy, zip, or cdr/rw. there are a few negatives to jump drives, although the
1) if you use them in school, you'd better make sure that all your computer labs are running winXP, otherwise you're gonna have to d/l drivers
2) some computers don't have a USB connection in the front of the computer - reaching out back can be a pain
3) depending on the size of the USB flash drive, you may not be able to fully insert it into the USB slot of the computer - some of the front USB slots on dells are patrticularly "shallow" due to the fact that they're seated behind the enclosure
