I have a lexar 256 jumpdrive... the one that comes in the little rubber case... which no longer powers up... I can't access anything on it... has this happened to anyone... does anyone know how to fix it... I have some important stuff on there that I need to get off...

thanks

I guess by that you mean, when you hot plug it, the system does not see it? No dong ding chime tone indicating a new device?

Suggest trying it in another computer's USB port. It is possible that flash memory can fail. I have a C/F card that is totally blitzed. The principle is the same.

Could also be the USB port is bad, or you need to use a motherboard port instead of an unpowered hub port.
