July 4th this year falls on a Sunday, so does anybody know will we get Monday off by law either School or Work.

Unless you work for the federal government, there is no law that specifies what days you get off.

But for most companies, I would think the answer is yes. I know it is for me.

Of course they have a July 4th in France, China, and everywhere else that uses the same calendar as the US.
