This is quoted from the case referenced above, I want to clerk for a judge and write crap like this some day :D

Thereafter, Prime Time filed a Supplemental Notice of Removal,... attempting to effect a pheonix-like ascent to federal court through the Muir proceeding.

Prime Time's removal ... is untimely and is a defect deemed "way" improvident. In short, Prime Time's most bogus attempt at removal is "not worthy" and the Defendants must "party on" in state court.

Wow. That guy is either very creative, or is slowly going crazy in prison.:D

Meh... G Gordon Liddy did the same thing when he was in prison... although his suits were more relevant to improving his stay in jail and far less creative.

Sounds to me like he's having fun in the prison library.
