Just imagine how many wouldn't be/have been in jail if they had just manned up and lived up to their responsibility.

Just imagine how many wouldn't have had this responsibility had they employed birth control.

Maybe they thought they were?

STUDY: ONE-THIRD OF COLLEGE WOMEN LIED ABOUT CONTRACEPTION USE

or:
Forty-two percent of women claim they would lie about contraception in order to get pregnant, regardless of the wishes of their partners.

Although the best part might be:
My opinion? Of course, there are women who lie to their partners in order to get pregnant. (And whether or not this is the right thing to do is not for me to decide.)

Is the condom the only form of birth control?

For a man wanting to be responsible* and prevent an accidental pregnancy.........YES

* Note: The use of a spermicide in conjunction with a condom is highly effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy.

If you choose not to use a condom/spermicide be prepared to pay child support until the child has hit 18 years of age and graduated high school.

So trusting a woman not to lie is irresponsible? Misogynist much?

Sounds like you are engaging in victim blaming.

Men shouldn't have to protect themselves from women lying about birth control.

Teach women not to lie about taking birth control maybe?:D

It's simple responsibility and accountability, nothing more nothing less. Don't want an unwanted pregnancy take the responsible steps to greatly reduce the possibility. If you choose not to do so be prepared to be held accountable for your decisions/actions.

Quite the misogynistic attitude there.

Liberals: If a woman deceives a man he deserves to be held responsible D:

Nope, it's the I'm responsible for my actions attitude.

And trusting a woman should not be considered irresponsible.

You are engaging in victim blaming.

What is next? Allowing rapists to sue their victims for giving them and STD?D:

Keep on tossing out your strawman arguments. A person is responsible for their actions and in most cases are held accountable for their actions.

Don't want an unwanted pregnancy be responsible and take actions that protect your interests. If you choose to do otherwise don't be surprised when you're held accountable for 18 years.

Unless of course you lie to a man about being on birth control. Then in fact you get rewarded!

Round and round in pursuit of your misogynist agenda, as usual.

What about the topic at hand, TRAP law in Louisiana? Was the judge right to rule against it, or not?

If abortion is unobtainable, does that hinder or help men who might not want to be fathers, regardless of the circumstances leading there?

What exactly are you arguing *for*, anyway?

It would seem it would hinder men not wanting to be fathers and help those who do not want their offspring destroyed.

So it seems like the law is neutral with regards to what men want.

You have not stated what you want, which position you favor. That's the crux of the matter. When questioned directly, you obfuscate as in the quote, above, attempt to have it both ways.

As it is, you just use the occasion to rail against women in general.

Yep, it always easy to blame someone for ones failure to take responsible actions to protect ones better interests.

Never once have I had sex out of marriage that I didn't wear a condom as I didn't want to have a child I couldn't afford or the catch a STD. When I was married and didn't want to have a child, the wife and myself choose to use a spermicide. 16 years ago I got a vasectomy, so now the wife and myself are free to have sex whenever the urge strikes us.

Sounds to me like someone is pissy that he couldn't trust his wife to take the pill.

Yep, desperate dodging.

Which is right- Louisiana TRAP law, or the ruling against it?

Take your pick.

The judge didn't rule against the law.

He temporarily blocked it to give abortion providers more time to get the necessary credentials.

Given that at least one abortion provider in the state already has said credentials it seems like, despite pro-choice alarmists, women would continue to have access to abortions.

Given how pissy he seems to be, as well as his vasectomy comment, I guess the answer is yes.

He's likely "pissy" because you're arguing like an idiot/trolling like you usually do.

What does the vasectomy have to do with anything?

You should really not discuss things you don't understand (in this case, sex).
