I think this is good and bad in mixed ways. I am glad to see that these schools can no longer conspire to reap monetary rewards from these kids without giving them a dime of that money, and or leaving them barred from getting money for their likeness etc. However she seems to conflict herself in her ruling and sets things up for these colleges to set their monetary payout amounts low, and or scam against these college players. I can see many "loopholes" in this ruling and the all powerful college institutions utilizing attorney's to get around this and "steal" from these kids. Especially with the "trust fund" language.

I think the kids should get paid for what they do for the colleges. I think this ruling is a step in the right direction, but just a baby step. Odds are the kids selling the rights to their names, images and likenesses, will have a very illustrious career waiting for them in professional sports anyways.
