Napolitano is, as he always is, wrong.

Saying the impeachment needs to be judged on the merits and not on the process carries with it the implication that the process is wrong, which we all know is incorrect. Thus, his whole premise is invalid.
He points out that the process is correct & goes to some lengths to explain how it is correct.

In this age of the new awakening on these forums let me add in a nice way -- are you sure that is what you heard?? Did you watch the video? I am sure he was very specific in his support of the process and the merts!
