Since I didn't see a George Foreman grill, I assume that you can cook! Looks great, bad place for the knives should you have an argument in the kitchen though.

is it really so much worse than a giant knife rack on the counter?

the place where my knives are is just an odd patch of wall space in-between two doors. I couldn't really think of much else to put there.

The wife just spent a bunch of money buying stack-able containers for the pantry and went wild with the label maker. I like organization.
