The interest rate is the highest I can find on the web, short of shadier companies and massively high minimum balance requirements.

I'm just obsessive about having an acct. with the highest rates possible and the quickest access, without any risk to the principle. It's money that I have set aside for college, but the ING acct. access isn't as quick as I'd like.
