Yeah it's a fox news thing. BUt holly shit! i fully agree with him. I have been saying for years its all a game. You get people so caught up in the R and D that they don't see or care about the bullshit that is really going on.

amazing to actually see someone say it. let alone on FOX.

Its the team mentality. No different than a football/baseball fan getting upset when someone else says their team is better.

The parties love it as they have to worry about fewer voters. I say 50% of the country will vote D/R without looking now.

The angle that he got fired for this is pretty absurd. Note that this was from Feb of 2012. He's still on as a contributor. I knew for a long time that the judge was the man. He speaks a truth that few others are willing to speak.

He's lost a ton of weight and I hope it's not due to illness.

I was just watching the Judge on Fox. He is terrific. I think he looks sick, sadly.

I think he is pretty good other than that time he wouldn't admit the articles of confederation wasn't as bad. I think his favorite president is Grover Cleveland followed by Jefferson then Jackson.

It would be nice if he could be a supreme court justice.

I liked MOST of what he said...until he turned into a Paulbot. He lost me at that point.

Judge Napolitano is right and and he is greatest defenders of the Constitution. He also speaks the truth and won't back down.

I believe he lost weight for health reasons. He was overweight and needed to slim down.

Fascinating video. I wonder why he got fired for asking such honest and fundamental questions?

I guess it's really like the Matrix, they don't want you to wake up and see the false reality around you.

Agreed. He had a lot of notable things to say, especially where he criticized both parties and raised valid questions about the state of affairs at the highest levels of our government. But then he had to go and spoil it all by making a blatant pitch for Ron Paul.

Who knows, maybe he thinks Paul is the answer to all of those hypothetically yet accusatorially framed questions he posed, but I think he should have let his audience decide for themselves what the answers were to all of that mind jarring speculative commentary.

In essence, he became what he was accusing others of.

Only a juvenile audience will dismiss 90% of the video because 10% of it is a ringing endorsement for a candidate that they don't like.
