Before we can compare & contrast Judeo Fascism vs. Islamo Fascism, we have to define the word Fascism.
Mussolini, the "Prototypical Fascist", according to Historians, defined Fascism in the text that he penned himself,

Like the Red Tide that threatened to engulf the US during the Cold War - in the imaginations of Pentagon planners - Islamo-Fascism, we are told, involves Scary Muslims who want to Run the World.
That actually sounds familiar, except that it is the doctrine of Judeo-Fascism.
Islam has been around since the 600's, when Mohammed had his sacred Visions.

However, Muslims didn't get around to wanting to Run the World until, by some accounts, Osama bin Laden got pissed off that US troops were stationed in / occupying part of Saudi Arabia in conjunction with the first Gulf War.
Bin Laden, financed & trained by the American CIA to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan, had his own financial backing via his family's large construction business in Saudi Arabia. While he partnered with the US in the 1980's, they had a parting of the ways in the early 1990's.
I see no evidence that Bin Laden was opposed to the US before the early 1990's. And Bin Laden's objection to the stationing of US troops did not equate to wanting to run all the world - just part of the world.
Part of the Al Qaeda methodology, we are told, is the practice of asymmetrical warfare. Instead of going head to head with the US military, which would last as long as it takes to launch a cruise missile, Al Qaeda chose to attack civilian targets, just as Israeli terrorists did when they bombed the King David Hotel in Jerusalem in 1946, killing 91 civilians, most of them British.

Judeo-Fascism - the merging of Pro-Israel government and corporate influences, combined with the practice of Jewish nepotism where the key positions are held by Jews who are loyal to Israel (the Neocons.)
Some would say that this fusing of State & Corporate interests occurred in the US in 1913, when the Federal Reserve was created, immediately prior to World War 1.
The creation of the Federal Reserve, whereby Jewish bankers control the money supply of the US, is certainly a potent example of Judeo-Fascism.
To quote Amschel Meyer Rothschild (1773-1855), "Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws". At the time the Rothschild's were "in good" with English royalty. Consider also the financing of World War 2 Germany by Wall Street - up to October 1942.
"In October 1942, ten months after entering World War II, America was preparing its first assault against Nazi military forces. Prescott Bush was managing partner of Brown Brothers Harriman. His 18-year-old son George, the future U.S. President, had just begun training to become a naval pilot. On Oct. 20, 1942, the U.S. government ordered the seizure of Nazi German banking operations in New York City which were being conducted by Prescott Bush."

So - Wall Street was instrumental in financing Adolf Hitler.
Therefore, I think we can date the advent of Judeo-Fascism as somewhere between 1913 (creation of the Federal Reserve) and 1942 (Wall Street caught financing World War 2 Germany) and 1946 (Jewish terrorists caught blowing up the King David Hotel, trying to stage a False-Flag operation, trying to blame their own work on Scary Muslims.)
In any event, these incidents of Judeo-Fascism occurred long before the 1990's.
Looks like Judeo-Fascism came first - and that Judeo-Fascism actually created modern Islamo-Fascism, when the US financed Muslim Jihadists to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan during the 1980's.
