JPG from Canon S230 downloads with error

I download this picture off the memory card and it has problems. I can go in to explorer and thumbnail it and see it fine. When I go to open it in multiple view programs it either comes up all gray or I get a JPEG data error. Can anyone help me with this or know of a good program to fix this?

P.S. Its a picture of me making out with this really hot girl for my 21st birthday. I am dying to save it!

Sounds like the JPG got corrupted somehow. Redownload it from the memory card if you haven't already deleted it from there. The fact that the thumbnail displays properly suggests the image got damaged after being transferred to the HD.
