Joystick port probs?

Ok, I have a port on my generic sound card, and one on my mobo. Now for some reason windows will not detect the one on the sound card, and the one on the mobo. I have enabled the mobo one via the BIOS. And I have found no drivers for the SC one on the SC CD.

Any help at all???
