Joystick for Mech4

Hi all,
Just got this game from a cool trader on this board and I need to know if you need a good multi-button joystick to appreciate this game. I know about FF but money is tight this year.

I'm using a Sidewinder 3D Pro-Plus and the game seems to work fine with it. I think the MS Precision Pro is the same thing, but not sure. I have seen some deals for this joystick for around 30 and under in the Hot deals forum. The joystick is really a lot easier to use than the keyboard in this game in MHO.
 
I would think the Logitech Wingman 3D would work great for the game. I haven't tried the game, but I have the joystick, and it works really great for those kinda games. The handle twists(hence the 3D), it should be well suited for Mech4. It's cheap too, probably $30-40
 
I have a saitek Cyborg 3d. Excellent stick. the stick twist was totally made for this game. For sure get a stick that has stick twist.
 
You can get the Sidewinder Forcefeedback 2 for about $85 bucks including shipping from onvia.com. You may even be able to have staples pricematch it and use one of their coupons!
