I saw a flyer at school today about a program in one of the San Francisco campuses, in which I'd stay there for two weeks and be part of some writing team..I assume I'd do reports and write stuff there and learn what it's like to be an actual journalist. I figure this could be an awesome opportunity to check out it is like, and it'd be a good boost on my resume/college transcript.
On top of all that, it's FREE! So would anyone have any ideas on what I could expect from something like this, and if it's worth it? If for nothing else, this would be a good way to make use of myself during those empty summer months..
I did want to go to summer school to take either Calculus or Chemistry, and I'd likely only be able to go to one or the other since I'd be missing about 2 weeks out of a 2 1/2 month program..
