An Asian man, new to the States, walked into the currency exchange in New York with 2000 yen and walked out with $72.
The following week, he walks in with 2000 yen and was handed $66.
The man throws a fit and is making a huge scene, furious as to why he got less money than he had gotten the previous week.
The lady calmly answers, "Fluctuations."
The Asian man even more enraged storms out, and just before slamming the door, he turns around and says "Fluc you Americans too!"
