When Mr. Monroe and his lovely assistant were traveling on business, they checked into a hotel that was overbooked and were told thay'd have to share a room for one night. After the initial awkwardness, they tucked into their separate beds.
"Mr. Monroe," the assistant called out in the dark, " I'm chilly. Would you mind getting me another blanket?"
Mr. Monroe replied,"I have a better idea. Why don't we pretend we're married, just for tonight?"
A smile graces the assistants' lips.
"I'd like that," she whispered.
"Good. Then get your own blanket."
"Mr. Monroe," the assistant called out in the dark, " I'm chilly. Would you mind getting me another blanket?"
