has or does anyone here use JoiPhone VOIP? i am thinking about going with VOIP and saw this which seemed like a pretty good deal..i have looked over the threads on the forum about VOIP and i think my decision is between JoiPhone and Vonage.

Never heard of it. You're probably better going with viatalk.com, which has a promotion going right now for $199 for 2 years of service, which makes it just over $8/month for unlimited service and good reviews.
