Joining lexan?

Ok, I'm making a lexan yin-yang (out of white and smokey frosted lexan) for my case. My questions are:

1. How should I cut the lexan?

2. How can I join the two pieces together?

You can join lexan with pure Acetone at the joint.

You can cut it with just about any saw.
