but pennies are perfect for throwing at people. you get new ones ocassionally, and its cheap.
 
what a waste, instead of just chucking the, put them in a bottle. if you continue to do this. for the amount you throw in the garbage you could have tons of money, then if the penny every does go out of circulation you have tons of them, and they will be worth a crap load

I am in the chem field, in college we did experaments on Pennies and Dimes to break down the composition of each to find out what is truly in them! drop a penny in 16M HCL and watch the fun some time! they break down quite nicely, (So do quarters)

I've collected pennies over the years and torture the bank teller w/ my giant jars of pennies every year.

LOL, People use to do that to me when I was young and worked at McDonalds. Come in with a sack full of change and pay for there familys meal all in nickles, dimes, and pennys!! then I have a drawer full of change!!
