From what I can see, it looks liek he was born that way. Not that I'm a living breathing adonis or anything of the sort, but what a hard way to live . . .

Comes from having no eye brow bone. He's got some serious deformities. I wonder what kind of disease that would be called. The eyes are bulging, too. His shoulders and body look disproportionately small for his neck and head.
Looks like he may have an under bite as well. The jaw size doesn't fit his face. It would seem likely that this degree of deformity would also involve some brain functions.
Considering how cruel people and child peers can be I would guess this guy's life has been a living hell. I wonder if he came from a trailer family with parents that drank. Hey, if he was your kid do you think you'd drink? So, probably poor with little or no protection from a hostile world. Adults would scorn him. A human need for love and touch would only leave him children that would be too young and innocent to be cruel to him, or too afraid to ridicule him. That this guy would end up as a child molester seems inevitable.

That poor guy's life has prolly been a living hell. Seeing such a guy commit a crime should be not surprising.
