If a town decided that a law providing shaming as a punishment for people who break some law I would have no problem with it, as long as it was constitutional. I might think the whole town is inhabited by tight-assed idiots, but that's another issue.

What I definitely have a problem with is the police deciding to punish people for something. Not their goddamn job.

I think it is immoral to make the oldest profession a crime, and to punish the customers of said business is bad for the economy.
