Since everyone made a huge fuss over the RHCP/Tom Petty similarity, here's a little something to do if you have the Mp3/CD of this song.
Sing Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing" to it. You will find that it fits perfectly.
Bonus Points if you know Curtis Mayfield's "People Get Ready". Also fits. It's almost like if you mash those 2 songs together you get John Mayer's song.
Naturally, there are some spots that don't fit, but then again there were some spots in RHCP's "Dani California" that didnt fit with Tom Petty's "Mary Jane's Last Dance".
