My opinion? Just more of the same old from Kerry. He continues the old SKY IS FALLING! philosophy that got him so far in 2004. :D

You can read the article for yourself (and form your own opinions), I'll just quote the very last part for your enjoyment:

'Kerry told reporters afterward he is focused on helping Democrats in the 2006 midterm elections rather than his own political future.'

And you opine that he is incorrect in what way?

He opines that Bush is so in the dumps that he has to bring up Kerry.

And it's a good thing Dubya is steadfast against special interests!

Also, a lot of Kerry's comments aren't exactly wrong though. Sure, a bit of hyperbole, but that's nothing new in politics.

Or Clinton, anything to get the spotlight off of the "master of disaster" formerly known as Bush.

Well the liberals seem to be singing a different tune. Last week when Kerry gave his big "speech" you were all heralding his wisdom, as if we were supposed to care.

Now I'm just looking to divert from Bush... right. And where did I mention Clinton? Didn't think so.

You don't read very well, do ya?

I said his SKY IS FALLING!!! mentality and philosophy is wrong, as I've said from day one of his campaign.

Seems to be their motto, don't it?

I think it's your hallmark. You remind me of the little boy who called "WOLF" one time to many.

Yep, once your argument disappears, or you haven't one to begin with, the personal attacks begin. Typical, expected, and dismissed.

I've just heard that remark from you too many times. It's not much of an argument since what makes sense to one man may seem like the sky is falling to another. Nothing personal, just pointing that out. :)

Huh?

Why comment on my comments?

BTW, I didn't post a thread about it - I posted in a thread about Kerry opining.

If you can I can. See, I don't care either and just couldn't wait to tell the world.

The second comment about making a thread about it was directed to Pabster.

Kerry's problem is he criticizes over and over and OVER. He offers no solutions, for example he talked about the deficit andhow it needed to be reigned in, well I agreed with him and if he would have done it I would have voted for him, but in his OWN economic and fiscal plan he called for tax increases and then MORE spending, a LOT more spending. Twice what GWBush is spending. I really hope in 08 we have some decent candidates on both sides of the isle cause I'm sick of this lesser of two evils bull crap.

Are you agreeing that you have a hard time with consistency?

No, but I'll agree that this thread is as worthless as the Sheehan thread.

It was a good speech. But the truth is, who cares? The speech last week was at Brown, which is right next door, and this one was to the Boston Chamber of Commerce.

I'm not really sure why you care about it so much.
