Joggers out there...

How far and how often do you run/jog?

I've been at it for a month now and jog 5 times a week about 3 miles each time. Don't know if I'm overdoing it.

i was running 4 times a week/ 6-9 miles per run. i have pretty much stopped at this point because of the weather, but i walk my dog every day around 4-5 miles. I also have snowshoes i got this summer that im waiting to try!

as long as you feel fine keep going, if you feel worn out or unusually tired, take a short break.

i jog sporadically and i'd be lucky to reach 1.5 miles each time.

depends on you, i guess. If you're comfy doing all that, then that's fine, but watch your knees. all that running ain't good for them

I started having some knee pains earlier when I was running outside but with the weather being bad I've been running on a treadmill which doesn't seem to affect anythink adversely. I guess time will tell.

I was doing 2mi a day 6 times a week. Weather killed that off pretty quick. (Turns up thermostat)

Yeah baby, 500 posts!!!!!!!!

During the work week I'll run about a mile twice per day (morning and evening runs depending on the weather) and at least 3 times a week. Weekends I will run about 5 miles.

5 times a week isn't overdoing it, but you need to make sure you get enough rest on your off days or you won't find yourself improving.

I cut down to 3 days a week (5,5,10) and added 2 workout days.
