I thought maybe he had brain damage, but I guess being smashed out of his mind also explains it. At first I honestly didn't believe what I was hearing, though.

I didn't realize there was a whole thread on this, I'll recap what I said in the Pats/Jets thread.

LOLOL!!!! Got together with the crew at my buddies house, we were rofl when Joe said that, we also made the observation that he was three sheets to the wind. He should change his name to Broadway Drunk. He REALLY had his :beer:beer:beer: goggles on if he thought Suzy Kolber was looking good. I hope someone has video of that, sooooooooooo funny!!!

😀 <---------Broadway Joe Namath

LOL!!!!

SOMEONE out there must have a better quality vid of that. C'mon, where's all of you that always brag about your TIVO's? Step up!!

These women sportscasters are cool and all, but I don't really care for any of them that stumble their asses into a men's locker room and expect not to be hit on. If I am standing naked and a woman is talking to me in any fashion other than 'can you please put on some pants', my assumption is always she wants to do more than just talk.

On the flip side, I'd give the first male reporter to interview LPGA or WNBA members in their showers all of about 5 mins until he is spending the night in jail.

I think ESPN was embarrassed by it. I can't wait for Suzy the file sexual harassment charges.

Whatever.. she should be tough enough not to bother a suit when she's the idiot sportscasting a man's game. Sounds to me like Namath was making fun of the fact that there's women who weasled their way into football now.

I hate female sportcasters.. Why? because I have never seen a good one or one that was actually interested in the game. There's inherent excitement in people like Madden's voice when he's announcing a game. When Suzy announces stuff, she tries to sound like she's tough... but it sounds more like a kindergarten teacher reading a book to the class in a funny voice. The crap female announcers contribute to a conversation sounds rehearsed and just awkward.

Though, I will admit that from the college volleyball games I have watched, the female sportscasters that are former players of the game really know their stuff and are actually enjoyable for me to listen to. I really don't wanna sound sexist.. but after seeing sideline announcer now become a 100% female part, I haven't enjoyed football as much because now there seems to be people that don't care about the game involved in it.
