The man asking that question is actually my dad. He told me about this incident a couple times in the past, but lately is has come back to lie. He has been interviewed for multiple newspapers and been on various news channels covering the story. In my opinion is it meaningless, and just shows a more aggressive side of Biden that everyone knows exists, but I thought I'd just share a neat little piece of history with you all.
