Development Plans:There are elements of the International Graduate Program that are undertaken by all graduates. In addition to these elements graduates will also follow a development plan specific to their business area or function. These will consist of both development rotations and business specific training.Consumer BankingAs part of the Consumer Banking development plan, youll go through a mixture of classroom based courses, e-Learning and On-The-Job training. The OTJ development consists of 3 Standard Rotations; Value Centre/Value Stream Specific (3 mo.), Risk (3 mo.), and Stretch Development (18 mo.) in order to enhance your understanding of Process, System & Documentation, Tracking & Reporting, and most importantly, your Product Development & Management skills.Wholesale BankingTo develop your leadership skills, the Wholesale Banking development plan includes a core international programme, specialised academic training and 4 On-The-Job rotations within WB Operations, Risk and Control, Financial Markets and OCC (Origination and Client Coverage). This type of development plan will give you essential insight into the dynamics of financial markets and the products we offer.Global Technology & OperationsThe Technology & Operations development plan will prepare you for a permanent role within GTO via a series of assignments. Each assignment is a fixed-term role designed to deliver consequential learning and business outcomes. A typical assignment lasts for six months but flexibility is exercised to ensure we meet your learning outcomes. During your assignments, you will gain an understanding of banking products and systems, learn about operational excellence, process engineering, and operational risk, and begin to build your project management skills. In short, we groom you for a permanent role from Day One.Human ResourcesThe Human Resources development plan is designed to give you broad and in-depth experience of strategic and operational Human Resources. You'll spend a year learning the fundamentals of Human Resources, complemented by three intensive rotations in specialist or strategic areas such as Capability Development, Resourcing, Talent, Reward, and Engagement. You will also undertake an intensive training programme, including classroom and e-learning courses, and spend time at our world-class Shared Service Centre in India where you'll develop a firm foundation in Human Resources service delivery and infrastructure. FinanceAs part of the Finance development plan, you'll complete rotations in both business and country finance, learning core financial analysis, management skills and expert business partnering. You will also visit the Standard Chartered Financial Shared Service Centre in India to understand how we deliver operational excellence. In addition, you'll complete specialist technical training, aligned with the ACCA and supported fully by Standard Chartered.Corporate Real Estate ServicesBy exposing you to strategy, management and safety issues, the Corporate Real Estate Services development plan provides the foundation for a truly international career. You'll gain experience in country and global roles across a number of core teams involved in real estate leases, purchases, business continuity planning and environmental impact assessments via 4 Standard Rotations.

Qualifications:
Excellent academic track record and passion for banking. (Undergrad./Grad students of any discipline) Proficient in English and Korean languages. Less than 3 years of work experience. Open-minded with an international outlook. A drive for performance, focus on delivery and strong desire to succeed.
