Job...

I have no work experience, I'm of legal age to work and all, in highschool, but I don't know where to start. I'd like a manual labor job, perhaps stock or something along those lines. Any ideas? I never get called when I fill out most applications for department stores and what not.

Edit: Won't do fast food unless I absolutely have to.

Go to grocery stores and ask to talk with the store manager about it then go from there or go to local parks and rec places to see if they need people to be on a maintnence crew for the park.

I like the Home Depot/Lowes idea. Half my problem is I'm 5'4 so I look like I'm 10 until you see my face and hear me speak.

Don't start working until you get a skill. You'll hate any of those low paying lame ass jobs and it'll detract from any time you could be spending preparing for what you really wanna do in life.

Yeah man. I'm in highschool for crying out loud, I just need a bullsht job to at least pay for auto insurance and gas and what not.

go to a landscaping company. you'd most likely mow lawns and weed whack all day, but you would be outside. and if you got on the right crew you might even learn some spanish.

I'm near the Canadian border, it's too cold for Beaners up here. But I was considering landscaping, good choice. I'd rather stock though, bastards.

What about school though...? I'd pull a Toys R' Us but that'd be kinda odd I think. Then again, I hate kids too, man what a combination =)

Hmmm, good idea actually I think I'll try it if my most recent applications on't get me anywhere.
