Any of you successful people out there have any job suggestion for someone with a hearing impair..that is one ear not working. I mean good or decent paying jobs that doesn't require clear hearing i guess ..thanks

You mean you can still converse with others as long as they don't speak to your "bad side", right? This shouldn't cause any problems for most office jobs, so you can pretty much look into most jobs without worrying about your impairment causing you problems 🙂

I have one good ear of hearing and work in customer service. Get a boostable headset and you are good to go. Just make sure your coworkers know that you won't hear them if you are on the phone.

People with hearing impairment can do almost any job they choose. Offhand I can think of typist, clerk, data entry, mail room, warehouse, assembly, computer technician, guest room attendant (porter/maid/janitor), research assistant in a lab, certified nursing assistant/LPN/RN, x ray tech, medical assistant, social worker, bus driver, writer, graphic artist, mechanic, plumber, scientist, sonographer, webmaster... I could go on and on, I do this for a living pretty much 🙂

My bad side is deaf..Its like this..try covering one of your ear with your finger..you will of course still converse but you get the idea. any suggestion on a career path. Im going to a 4 year college in the future so any major or carreer suggestion

Customer service/tech support. You only need to hear in one ear for that since the earpiece works with only one ear! 🙂
